Software Solutions Architect

What You’ll Be Owning

As their Solution Architect, you’ll define and lead the architecture blueprint across application, data, and infrastructure layers, navigating current challenges while shaping future-state designs. Expect wide-ranging influence across engineering teams, governance boards, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mapping out 'as-is', 'to-be', and transitional solution architectures
• Leading technical discussions to ensure strategic alignment
• Presenting at architecture review boards and guiding implementation plans
• Collaborating closely with engineers to ensure delivery reflects the design
• Identifying and managing architectural risk and technical debt

What They’re Looking For

You’ve worked in senior-level architecture roles and know how to bridge tech with commercial thinking. You bring clarity to complexity and can communicate across teams, whether it’s a high-level vision or granular technical guidance.

We’d love to see:

• Background in software development (C#, .NET) or architecture is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience across Azure or AWS, plus hybrid/on-prem environments
• Ability to design and communicate solution architectures, diagrams, data flows, standards, TCO
• A questioning mindset, someone who asks 'why' and drives continuous improvement
• Proven collaboration skills and curiosity to explore innovation in tech
• Commercial awareness and an eye for where architecture impacts the bottom line
