Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Commercial / Revenue

Role Overview:

We're supporting a growing software company that is looking for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with their commercial teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role focuses on providing commercial insight and financial guidance to support strategic decisions and drive revenue growth. This is a visible, strategic position combining financial expertise with strong business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to provide financial insight and guidance.
  • Analyse revenue performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Support strategic decision-making through forecasting, scenario planning, and commercial analysis.
  • Collaborate on pricing, customer contracts, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to budgeting and quarterly forecasting for commercial functions.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in finance business partnering, preferably in commercial or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers, sales metrics, and commercial performance management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, comfortable in a fast-paced environment

£60,000 - £70,000 basic
