The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients, designing and delivering scalable AI-driven solutions to solve real business problems.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll act as a hands-on technical lead, shaping solution architecture, structuring delivery, and guiding teams from concept through to deployment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders to understand complex business challenges
- Design and document scalable, robust AI solution architectures
- Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions, from initial concept to production
- Break down projects into clear workstreams and guide engineering teams through execution
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI workflows and capabilities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong solution architecture mindset - able to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable designs
- Proven experience leading technical delivery end-to-end
- Excellent structured problem-solving skills
- Confident in client-facing environments, working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of systems design and architecture
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, MCP, or agent-based workflows is a plus (not essential)
