A rapidly growing fintech is looking for a passionate and pragmatic Design Lead to help establish and shape its design function. This is a rare opportunity to build a design culture from the ground up, covering UI/UX, API documentation, and visual identity.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll lead a small but high-performing team, define scalable design systems and workflows, and play a key part in shaping customer experience across the company's core digital products.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring designers, overseeing product and UX design, maintaining design consistency, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, user-focused outcomes. You'll also play a hands-on role in visual design and prototyping, particularly during early product development stages.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years in a senior or leadership design role, a portfolio demonstrating both craft and strategy, and experience across UI/UX and brand design. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are essential.
