They’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer to join the team, helping shape the product, technology, and AI strategy from day one. This is a rare opportunity to have a direct impact on the business, working closely with the founders and leadership team.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models powering the core platform.
• Create scalable AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to turn business problems into AI solutions.
• Experiment with the latest AI techniques to innovate and deliver real-world impact.
• Mentor future AI/ML hires as the team grows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in AI/ML, ideally from a startup or high-growth scaleup environment.
• Expert in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying AI models in production, preferably in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Entrepreneurial mindset – able to make technical decisions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable collaborating directly with founders.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, recommendation systems, or similar.
• Previous early-stage or founding experience.
• AI applied to enterprise software, fintech, or analytics.
