🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) — London (Hybrid)

Salary: £38,000 - Circa £65,000 OTE

On behalf of a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS company in the ecommerce space

We’re partnering with a high-growth AI-powered SaaS scale‐up, known for helping ecommerce brands automate and optimise customer interactions. With teams across London and New York, they’re expanding rapidly and looking to hire two ambitious SDRs to join their London team.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in tech or ecommerce, ideally in an SDR role
  • Confident, high‐energy, and motivated by outbound sales
  • Loves speaking with prospects and driving revenue growth

🔍 The Role

As an SDR, you’ll focus on building high‐quality pipeline through a mix of:

  • predominantly outbound prospecting
  • inbound marketing leads
  • partner-generated opportunities

📍 Location & Working Model

  • Must be London-based
  • Office in Holborn (3 days a week: Mon–Wed)

📈 Progression & Performance

  • Promotion possible in as little as 9 months
  • Target: 8 completed meetings per month
  • Expected activity: 80 calls per day
  • Average sales cycle: 4 months

You’ll report directly to a senior commercial leader with a strong track record of developing top sales talent.
