Space Executive have been engaged by a Series C $200M Funded Quantum Computing Software Vendor to help find them a VP Sales EMEA.

With significant venture backing and rapid growth in customers and revenue, we are expanding our global go-to-market organization and seeking an experienced VP Sales – EMEA to lead the next phase of commercial expansion.
The Role
As VP Sales – EMEA, you will be responsible for building and scaling our enterprise sales organization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This is a strategic leadership role combining hands-on enterprise selling, team building, and regional go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to drive adoption of quantum software solutions among Fortune 1000 companies, government organizations, and research institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the EMEA sales strategy aligned with global revenue goals
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Establish regional targets, pipeline strategy, and forecasting processes
Enterprise Sales
- Personally lead complex enterprise deals with large organizations
- Engage with C-level executives across industries including finance, automotive, aerospace, energy, and technology
- Drive adoption of emerging quantum computing solutions within strategic accounts
Market Development
- Expand the company’s footprint across key EMEA markets
- Develop relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and customer outcomes
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and roadmap priorities
Ideal Candidate
Experience
- 10–15+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Proven success selling deep tech, infrastructure software, AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or cloud solutions
- Track record of building and scaling regional sales teams
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performance sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
Domain Exposure (Preferred)
- Quantum computing
- HPC / advanced computing
- AI / machine learning infrastructure
- Developer platforms or technical SaaS
