About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary UK Product Support Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our Diagnostic Cardiology portfolio, with a strong emphasis on our next-generation cloud-based workflow and analysis platform.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the future of cardiac diagnostics by integrating cutting-edge technology with clinical insights. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, secure, and compliant solutions that improve patient care and clinician efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for diagnostic cardiology solutions.
  • Translate market trends and clinical needs into innovative product features.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development, launch, and post-market support.
  • Collaborate with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Engage with clinicians and key opinion leaders to validate product direction.
  • Champion the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
  • Drive development of cloud-based workflow and analysis tools with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) across global standards (FDA, CE, etc.).

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of product management experience in medical devices or digital health.
  • Expertise in Holter monitoring, ECG analysis, or cardiac diagnostics.
  • Proven success in SaMD and cloud-based platform development.
  • Accredited degree or certification in nursing, cardiovascular technology, or similar (MBA preferred).
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in diagnostics and cybersecurity regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Experience with global product launches and international teams.
