The Sales Associate will move deals from first conversation through to close, taking real ownership of the day-to-day work that turns interest into revenue. Our client offers a new generation research platform and world-class research powered by market-leading AI products. This role will be involved end-to-end, from early sales conversations and pitch prep through to proposals, follow-ups, and getting deals over the line. It's a hands-on role with real responsibility: you'll work closely with different people across the business and take ownership of sales processes. We seek highly driven, proactive and organised individuals, with excellent communication skills keen to work across teams, sit in on meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on actions, taking ownership of the detail that keeps things running smoothly. Joining sales meetings and pitches, you will capture decisions and make sure next steps are clear and followed up. Day to day you will prepare and tailor proposals, pitch decks, and written responses, and coordinate inputs across the business on pricing, scope, case studies, and credentials and support both outbound and inbound opportunities through research, outreach, meeting prep, and follow-up. Familiarity with CRMs, pipeline tracking, or sales tools — or keen to learn quickly.

The successful candidate will have around 2-3 years of experience in a commercial, business development, sales support, or client-facing role in a B2B environment (ideally in market research or a similar industry). Skills include strong written communication skills, being highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple opportunities and deadlines, comfort working with senior stakeholders and confidence in chasing inputs, clarifying asks, and keeping things moving.
