Data Manager

As a Technical Data and Reporting Manager , youll play a key role in building and maintaining the data and analytics capability that underpins technology performance and decision-making at scale. Youll collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business units, developing dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting processes that deliver meaningful insight and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain management information, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
• Define and align data standards across the organisation.
• Automate data transformation and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Enable self-service analytics and insight for business stakeholders.
• Ensure robust governance, data quality, and compliance.

About You:

• Experienced in data analytics and management information reporting.
• Skilled in Power BI or Tableau for data visualisation.
• Strong technical background with Microsoft data platforms (Power Apps, Azure Data Factory, Synapse).
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker able to translate complex data into clear business insights.
