What you’ll do

  • Build and nurture long‐term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Manage accounts through the full customer lifecycle - pre‐sales to post‐sales - ensuring value, satisfaction, and ongoing success.
  • Spot and develop new business opportunities with ship owners, managers, operators, and industry partners.
  • Maximise strategic partnerships, particularly with e‐procurement and platform integrators.
  • Use HubSpot to manage pipelines, customer data, and accurate reporting.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to drive informed decision‐making.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions and campaigns.
  • Embrace an AI‐first mindset, using cutting‐edge tools to boost performance and efficiency.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in SaaS sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication, relationship‐building, and problem‐solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • A driven, results‐focused attitude with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
  • (Bonus) Experience in the maritime sector and familiarity with industry standards.
