Governance & Compliance Coordinator
Governance & Compliance Coordinator - £180 per day via Umbrella - 3 Month Contract - Home Based - SCC Flex Contract
We are looking for Governance & Compliance Coordinator with strong stakeholder management and administrative skills within an IT environment to manage customer security, governance and compliance questionnaires from receipt through to submission.
Your responsibilities as the Governance & Compliance Coordinator:
- Manage and track customer governance, security and compliance questionnaires.
- Coordinate responses across IT, Security, Data Governance and Service Management teams.
- Collate, validate and submit completed questionnaires.
- Gather supporting policies, evidence and compliance documentation.
- Maintain a central repository of approved responses and governance materials.
- Produce status reports and drive continuous improvement of the process.
As a successful Governance & Compliance Coordinator, you will have:
- Experience in a coordination, administration or project support role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience working within an IT environment.
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Information Security and Data Protection.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Excel, SharePoint and document management experience.
- Exposure to ISO27001, Cyber Essentials or GDPR.
- Experience supporting audits, governance activities or supplier assurance questionnaires.
