Network Architect
Network Architect - £550/day via Umbrella - 2 Month Contract (Part Time) - London (Hybrid) - SCC Flex Contract
We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to support a customer-led migration from a Cisco estate to an Aruba-based networking solution. This Network Architect role is a part time engagement with a mix of remote working and on-site visits.
Your responsibilities as the Network Architect:
- Lead and support the migration from Cisco to Aruba Switching, WiFi and ClearPass NAC.
- Deliver and repeat proven configuration patterns as additional Switches are added to the environment.
- Work with Aruba Central and HPE GreenLake to manage, monitor and support the network estate.
- Support ClearPass NAC integration and migration activities.
- Align technical delivery with the agreed project timeline, adapting to changing weekly demands.
- Provide architectural guidance and hands-on expertise throughout the migration life cycle.
As a successful Network Architect, you will have:
- Proven experience working as a Network Architect on Aruba-focused environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Aruba Central, HPE GreenLake and ClearPass NAC.
- Experience migrating from Cisco solutions to Aruba switching and wireless platforms.
- Confidence repeating established configurations across multiple network devices.
- Flexibility to work part time with variable weekly commitment (eg 1 day one week, up to 5 days another).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
