iPads Deployment Engineer

iPads Deployment Engineer - £200/day via Umbrella - 3-month contract -Stoke-on-Trent Onsite - SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking an iPads Deployment Engineer for a 3-month contract to support a large-scale device rollout. This is an onsite role based in Stoke-on-Trent, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Apple device deployment and user support.

Your responsibilities as the iPads Deployment Engineer:

• Prepare, configure, and deploy iPads to end users.
• Ensure devices are enrolled and managed via MDM solutions.
• Provide desk-side support and troubleshooting during rollout.
• Maintain accurate records of device allocation and setup.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and user onboarding.
• Support users with setup, connectivity, and basic functionality.

As a successful iPads Deployment Engineer, you will have:

• Experience deploying and supporting Apple devices in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (eg, Jamf, Intune).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage onsite tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
