Customer Support & Systems Specialist Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid - part office, part remote)Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours/week)Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 (depending on experience)Holiday: 26 days + 8 bank holidays

About the Role

Are you tech-savvy, highly organised, and customer-focused? We're looking for a proactive Customer Support & Systems Specialist to join our growing team!

In this hybrid role, you’ll be the go-to person for customer support and system-related queries. You’ll manage helpdesk tickets, support our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce/WordPress), and help maintain and improve systems like HubSpot, Xero, and Asana.

You’ll also play a key role in our tasting scheme platform—supporting users through the process and working closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide first-line support via HubSpot Helpdesk (tickets, email, chat)

• Troubleshoot access and portal issues for customers

• Maintain and update our WooCommerce/WordPress website

• Support the sales team with reports, data entry, and system access

• Assist with tasting validation schemes and customer guidance

• Improve automation workflows and CRM data accuracy in HubSpot

• Help integrate systems (WooCommerce HubSpot Xero)

• Collaborate on tech stack improvements and internal workflows

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Strong background in customer or technical support

• Experience with HubSpot CRM and WooCommerce/WordPress

• High IT literacy and confident troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• HTML/CSS basics

• Experience with Zapier, Make, or APIs

• Multi-currency/global e-commerce knowledge

• Familiarity with ISO 9001

• A second language is a bonus
