What you’ll do:

• Provide technical support to operations teams
• Troubleshoot comms and data collection software
• Liaise with mobile network providers & third parties
• Drive software improvements and system reporting
• Champion quality, efficiency, and best practice

What you’ll bring:

• Intermediate SQL & strong Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
• Familiarity with Oracle/SQL Server databases
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
