Essential Skills Experience in application/software support
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills (technical → non-technical audiences)
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow Desirable Experience Exposure to C#, SQL Server, or similar technologies
Understanding of APIs, JSON, or web-based systems
Knowledge of Agile / DevOps environments
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, IIS
