• Experience in a 1st / 2nd line support capacity - telephone, email etc.
• Office 365 / Azure
• Active Directory
• Exchange
• Networking - DNS, Firewalls, Routers
• Customer focused

• Certifications - MCITP, CompTIA, Network+
• Experience in an MSP environment
• Telco exposure
