CRM Administrator
As an experienced CRM Administrator who is looking for the challenge of simplifying complex systems, joining a well-established company at an exciting time when they are migrating from an old CRM system to a new one.
This is a key position within the IT function, reporting directly to the CTO, and will suit someone with a strong technical understanding of CRM systems, particularly SugarCRM, along with the ability to liaise with stakeholders, drive improvements, and ensure the platform supports wider business goals.

Hybrid - 3 days a week on site
£40,000 per annum to £45,000 per annum
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the CRM system. That includes everything from system configuration and user support to data quality and compliance. The role is hands-on, but strategic input will be valued as the business continues to evolve its digital and customer engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the SugarCRM platform
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
- Provide user support and training across departments
- Conduct regular data audits and ensure high data quality
- Work with stakeholders to improve workflows, automation, and reporting
- Generate dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors for resolutions and upgrades
- Document system configurations and processes
- Support integrations between CRM and other business systems
Requirements
- Strong experience administering and customising CRM systems ideally SugarCRM but open to candidates working with similar CRM systems
- Good understanding of CRM principles, data management, and business processes
- Proficient in user management, system configuration, and workflow automation
- Confident producing reports and interpreting data for business use
- Able to translate business needs into CRM solutions
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
- Solid documentation and communication skills
- Familiar with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
