Role: Group IT Co-Ordinator
Location: Dublin, Ireland - Office based 4 days per week & 1 day WFH
Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Overview
Spectrum IT are supporting a highly established international innovation and manufacturing business in the search for a Group IT Co-Ordinator. This is a leading role for an operationally focused IT Co-Ordinator to support the CTO and wider IT leadership team. You will act as a central point of direction across IT, driving efficiency, communication, and structure while enabling leadership to focus on strategic delivery.
This role will suit a highly organised and proactive individual that has worked in an IT co-ordination, delivery co-ordination or ,innovation focused role. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and have an interest in modern workplace technology and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Operations & Coordination
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the CTO and IT leadership
- Coordinate priorities, workflows, and cross-functional IT activity
- Track actions, deliverables, and departmental outputs
- Adoption Platform Ownership
- Own and develop the internal IT digital adoption platform
- Create and manage end-user training content
- Define content structure and governance
- Manage supplier relationship and product roadmap
- Supplier & Contract Management
- Onboard and manage IT suppliers and vendor relationships
- Maintain contracts, SLAs, renewals, and compliance
- Raise POs and track IT spend vs budget
- Act as liaison for supplier performance and issue resolution
- Meetings & Governance
- Organise and facilitate IT leadership meetings and workshops
- Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes
- Track actions and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement
- Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and deliver IT communication plans
- Translate technical updates for non-technical audiences
- Manage channels (Teams, email, Viva Engage) for business updates
- Reporting, Presentations & Documentation
- Produce executive-level presentations and reports
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures
- Build dashboards and reporting packs (Power BI)
- Technology & Continuous Improvement
- Develop Power BI dashboards and insights
- Build Power Apps to streamline workflows
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and M365 tools to drive efficiency
- Champion low-code/no-code automation across IT
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an IT coordination, executive admin, or innovation support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking capability
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Power BI / Power Apps / Power Platform experience
- Exposure to IT environments, systems, and terminology
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Supplier, contract, or procurement experience
- Experience supporting senior or C-level stakeholders
- Background in internal communications or reporting
- Self-starter with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
