IT Director

Our client a leading, independent property services group in the South of England with a strong regional presence are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead a major business transformation programme at a pivotal time of growth and investment.

They are making significant investment in technology to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and empower their teams with best-in-class tools. This role will take ownership of that transformation, shaping and delivering the IT strategy across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a major CRM transformation programme
• Define and deliver the overall IT strategy
• Oversee internal development teams and external technology partners
• Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and usability
• Build and enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
• Strong track record of delivering technology change (not just strategy)
• Experience with CRM systems and platform migrations
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational change
