50000 - 55000 per annum + Benefits Southampton, Hampshire Permanent Java Developer | AEM | Web PlatformsSouthampton - Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite 50,000 to 55,000 + BenefitsWe're working with a global market leader in marine technology to recruit a Java Developer into their digital development team.This is an opportunity to work on the digital platforms behind some of the best-known brands in the marine industry, developing enterprise level web, CMS and eCommerce solutions used across a global business.The role is primarily focused on backend Java development, building new features and functionality while improving the wider web platform. You'll work across Java, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), APIs and integrated/headless services in an Agile environment.What you'll be doingDeveloping new features and functionality across a large Java web platformWorking with AEM CMS and CommerceBuilding and supporting APIs, web services and system integrationsTroubleshooting and improving platform performance and reliabilityWorking across development, testing and release alongside an experienced technical teamWhat we're looking for3+ years' commercial Java development experienceExperience developing web applications or web platformsExperience with CMS and/or eCommerce platformsStrong API, web services and integration experienceAgile development experienceBonus pointsCommercial experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Understanding of headless/integrated architecturesWhy join You'll be joining a global business with a great reputation in the marine industry.
