A Product Lead opportunity for a scale up SaaS business offering innovative products in the Health Tech space. The Product Lead will play a key role being the first dedicated Product hire, remaining hands-on and working closely with C-Level stakeholders in owning and delivering the Product roadmap and strategy.

The Product Lead will manage the full Product life cycle including involvement in commercial decision making and will work closely with a Tech Lead and associated team. Health Tech experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have both SaaS and Hardware product expertise.

Required experience:

• SaaS Product strategy and roadmap ownership in a Health Tech/ Med Tech business
• Comfortable in fast paced environments - scale up, start up or similar is desirable
• Commercial mindset, previously involved with commercial decisions or reporting to SLT
• Implementing relevant processes and Quality Assurance is a key focus initially
• Data analysis and Market research skills, able to identify insights and transform into effective product decisions
• Good Tech literacy and understanding of software development processes is desirable
