Lead UX Designer - up to £80k+ bonus + benefits

Surrey offices – Hybrid working

A Senior UX opportunity for a growing SaaS product team working on Tech for Good product set. The business is investing heavily in their UX and require an experienced UX Designer to play a hands-on lead role mentoring a small team.

The role will have autonomy to lead the product team and user experience processes, reporting to the CPO. Previous leadership or management experience is essential, along with a portfolio demonstrating your experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven UX team leadership or mentoring of UX team members.
  • A background in UX Product Design within a SaaS business or product
  • UX roadmap ownership and full UX project lifecycle experience
  • Extensive User Research experience
  • Proficient in Figma

Their offices are commutable from Farnham, Guildford, Dorking areas with flexibility to WFH 4 days per week.
