As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team and focus exclusively on the USA technology market, specialising in Software Engineering, Data & AI recruitment.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a lucrative international desk within one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing sectors in global technology.
The Opportunity
Working with innovative start-ups, scale-ups and enterprise organisations across the United States, you'll be responsible for building long-term client relationships and sourcing exceptional technology talent within:
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Data Engineering & Data Science
- Software Engineering
- Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Product & Technology Leadership
You'll have the autonomy to develop your own specialist market, supported by an experienced leadership team, industry-leading recruitment technology and a strong company brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop new business relationships across the USA technology market.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to candidate placement.
- Source, engage and qualify high-calibre technology professionals.
- Develop specialist market knowledge across Data, Software and AI.
- Conduct client meetings, vacancy qualification and salary benchmarking.
- Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to successful completion.
- Build a strong personal brand within your chosen technology niche.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous US recruitment experience (technology recruitment preferred but not essential).
- A consultative and relationship-driven approach.
- Strong communication and business development skills.
- Commercial awareness and a desire to build a successful desk.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset.
- The ambition to earn significant commission and progress your career.
