Essential Skills
- Experience in application/software support or a similar technical support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (technical → non-technical audiences)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to C#, SQL Server, or similar technologies
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, or web-based systems
- Knowledge of Agile / DevOps environments
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, IIS
- Exposure to Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git
