Senior Technical Lead
Senior Tech Lead - up to £100k+
London offices + flexible hybrid working
A Senior Tech Lead is required to join a high performing software engineering department. The company are building innovative products and require a Lead Engineer to oversee product teams improving product architecture and delivery.
The Tech Lead will mentor experienced software engineers, utilising modern technology to Productise applications used by a global customer base. The business offers flexible hybrid working options with offices in Hampshire, commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke and Portsmouth areas (3-4 days WFH per week).
Responsibilities include:
- Influence technical direction and architecture decisions across a range of Software products
- Implement and improve software engineering practices - SOLID principles, etc
- Play a key role in steering product delivery working with associated software engineers
- Write high quality code in a modern .Net, SQL, Azure environment
Key experience
- A passion for using modern technology to create innovative software products
- Previous experience in a similar role acting as a senior hands-on contributor – Principal, Lead Engineer or similar
- Strong software engineering background, hands-on experience with C# and similar languages
- Experienced in technical decision making and architecture direction
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the business (C-level down)
