Software Test & Support Specialist - QA, Test, SQL, Web APIs

• Bournemouth - Hybrid, 2/3 days a week onsite
• £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Test & Support Specialist to join a growing technology-focused team in Bournemouth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in software testing, application support and problem solving who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2 year's commercial software QA experience within a web-based environment
• 2 year's experience in manual application testing
• Experience with defect tracking and bug management processes
• Strong technical documentation skills with excellent written English
• SQL

Desirable Skills

• Power BI
• API testing
• Automated testing
• Business analysis and workflow/process design
