Our client require an experienced Third Line Support Engineer who has a background working in a Linux environment to join them on a permanent basis.
Hybrid working - first week or so to be onsite then occasional monthly visits.
Key experience- Third line support in a Linux environment- AWS- VoIP and associated technologies- Raspberry Pi- Strong networking knowledgeNice to have- MSP background- Jira knowledge- Experience supporting software applications xkybehq - JavaScript exposure- Grafana or something similar
