Third Line Support Engineer

Our client require an experienced Third Line Support Engineer who has a background working in a Linux environment to join them on a permanent basis.

Hybrid working - first week or so to be onsite then occasional monthly visits.

Key experience
- Third line support in a Linux environment
- AWS
- VoIP and associated technologies
- Raspberry Pi
- Strong networking knowledge
Nice to have
- MSP background
- Jira knowledge
- Experience supporting software applications
- JavaScript exposure
- Grafana or something similar
