Third Line Support Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Third Line Support Engineer with a strong Linux and AWS/Infrastructure support background to join their team on a permanent basis.

Hybrid working: Initial onboarding onsite (approx. first week), then primarily remote with occasional monthly office visits .

We're looking for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive, and happy to roll their sleeves up in a hands-on environment.

Key experience:

  • Third Line Support within a Linux environment

  • AWS / infrastructure support

  • Strong networking knowledge

  • VoIP and associated technologies

  • Raspberry Pi

Nice to have:

  • MSP background

  • Jira knowledge

    • xkybehq

  • Experience supporting software applications

  • JavaScript exposure

  • Grafana or similar monitoring tools
