Business Analyst - MRI (Capita) One System

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Business Analyst on a Contract basis.

My client are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join their Education Services support team, focusing on the MRI (Capita) One system.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £400 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Analyse education service processes such as SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, and Educational Psychology to identify and implement improvements in efficiency and functionality
• Lead system developments and implement new functionalities within MRI (Capita) One
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop MRI (Capita) One portals
• Manage system development projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within local authority (LA) education services
• In-depth knowledge of processes such as SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, Educational Psychology and School Transport
• Local Authority experience is essential
