Managing Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client In the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management for mechanical and electrical projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the MEP sector
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• This role will be working in Data Centres and although experience is advantageous, it is not necessary
