Managing Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager to join our client on UK projects the . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management, project management and procurement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• This role will be working on a Hyperscale Data Centre project and although experience is advantageous, it is not necessary
