We are partnering with a forward thinking tech company who are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will manage and develop existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to overall revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to build their expertise in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop strategies that drive revenue growth
- Use Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage customer interactions, maintain records, and generate reports
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate product value
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activity
Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmen
