Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analysts are wanted by an established FinTech software company, who are undertaking a large digital transformation into AI and Automation.

You will be a central point of contact for technical support services, owning the coordination of responses to incidents and requests along with customer related engagement.

The Service Desk Analyst is a front-line role, perfectly poised at the intersection of traditional service desk operations and the future's promise of AI and automation. As Service Desk embarks on a transformative journey, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring a blend of technological innovation with a deeply human touch.

Technical Overview:

• Enterprise service management toolset
• Remote support tools
• Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 2016 and Office365
• Intune application packaging and build deployments including OOBE.
• Desktop hardware and printer troubleshooting and support
• Laptop builds and upgrades
• IT networking concepts in an enterprise environment
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions and concepts
• Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Office365 Admin suite
• Scripting knowledge wanted, ideally with PowerShell (Bonus)
• Experience within AI and Chat GPT (Bonus)

This Service Desk Analyst opportunity will pay an annual salary up to £35,000, a 15% Annual Bonus, 9% Company Pension, Private Health and Dental Care and lots more! The role will be based on-site in their Central London hub.
