Solution Presales Engineer (Process Safety)
The Solution Engineer is a key member of the sales organization, acting as the technical and domain expert who bridges customer business challenges with Sphera’s software solutions. While not directly responsible for selling, this role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth by understanding customer objectives, demonstrating value, and shaping compelling business cases that support investment decisions.
Working closely with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle, the Solution Engineer leads value-based discussions, delivers tailored product demonstrations, and translates complex operational risk and process safety challenges into clear, impactful solutions. The role collaborates closely with account executives, product management, implementation teams, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement through to successful deployment
