Sales Development Representative (SDR) – High-Growth Tech Startup (London)

Hybrid | Liverpool Street | £35k base + £15k OTE / £40k base + £15k OTE

An ambitious, fast-growing startup is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a tight‐knit, energetic team based near Liverpool Street.

In this role, you’ll be driving top-of-funnel activity and supporting enterprise organisations.

You will:

  • Identify and prospect ideal customer profiles across the Enterprise space
  • Engage decision-makers alongside internal product and procurement experts
  • Surface cost-saving opportunities within a company’s software stack
  • Build relationships and guide prospects through the early buying journey
  • Contribute ideas, processes, and energy to a high-growth startup culture

Must-haves:

  • 6–12+ months of B2B sales experience (SaaS experience preferred, not a must)
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Strong commercial or procurement mindset
  • Comfortable reaching out to and opening conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Passion for improving how organisations buy and use software
