Salary: Up to £80,000 Base + Double OTE

The Job
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK market, managing complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to close.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
- Building and managing a pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
- Running consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
- Developing tailored business cases and value propositions
- Working closely with SDRs, Marketing and Product teams to maximise opportunities
- Managing accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Negotiating and closing strategic SaaS agreements
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
About You
We're looking for experienced SaaS sales professionals who thrive in a consultative, high-performance environment.
You will ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- Proven success managing full sales cycles
- Consistent track record of quota attainment
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- A consultative, value-based sales approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High levels of ownership, drive and self-motivation
