We're partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS business that works with enterprise brands across retail, ecommerce and consumer services, helping them deliver highly personalised customer experiences at scale.
As they continue to expand, they're looking for a Senior Customer Success Mana ger to join their UK team and take ownership of a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
This is a highly consultative role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping customers define success, develop long-term strategies and maximise value from the platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle, driving adoption, retention and growth whilst partnering internally with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.

What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Leading onboarding, adoption, retention and account growth initiatives
- Developing customer success strategies aligned to client objectives
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and increase customer value
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally
- Partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting team development
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience within Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services
- Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
- Commercially minded with a customer-first approach
- Experience working within SaaS, MarTech, eCommerce, AdTech or a similar technology environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth business
- Passion for building long-term customer partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes
