3D Design Director - 3 Month FTC

I'm working with a creative agency looking for a Design Director specialising in 3D to join their Design & Production team, working on a global technology client.

The role will involve:

• Leading the agency's 3D and motion output across a global technology account.
• Taking product briefs and CAD through to photorealistic CGI, launch films, social cutdowns and key visuals.
• Owning the end-to-end 3D process across concept, look development, modelling, lighting, animation, rendering and compositing.
• Art directing and delivering work across Cinema 4D and After Effects.
• Leading creative direction from brief through to final delivery, as well as presenting and selling work to clients.
• Managing multiple projects, freelancers and external studios, ensuring delivery is on time and to a high creative standard.

They're looking for someone with strong Cinema 4D, Redshift/Octane/Arnold and After Effects skills, alongside agency experience, strong creative direction and client-facing confidence. A strong understanding of social-first creative is also important.

London / Hybrid 3-month FTC, with view to extend £72k pro rata
