The Role

As Account Assistant, you'll support Account Managers and Executives in the day-to-day running of client accounts within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You'll play a key role in coordinating campaign delivery, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high standards across creative and operational processes. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital advertising, creative technology, and client services.

Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Client Support
  • Assist with day-to-day client and agency communications via email, Teams, and meetings

  • Support campaign delivery updates and project status reporting

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams across strategy, design, development, and operations

Driving DCO Strategy
  • Develop an understanding of the media and creative landscape and how agencies collaborate

  • Support briefing internal teams and sharing outputs with clients

  • Help deliver high-quality, efficient client servicing across campaigns

Quality Control & Commercial Support
  • Conduct thorough quality checks across creatives, presentations, and reports

  • Support post-campaign checks and performance documentation

  • Build knowledge of campaign launch processes to ensure error-free delivery

  • Contribute to maintaining client satisfaction and long-term growth opportunities

Team & Personal Development
  • Actively pursue learning opportunities across the business

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
