The Role

As an Activation Assistant, you will play a key role in executing and optimising media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for digital activation, campaign management, and performance optimisation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Oversee the activation of digital and omnichannel media campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and continuous performance improvement.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Support the implementation of paid media strategies across social, search, display, and programmatic platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside creative, strategy, and data teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyse key metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Process & Workflow Management: Help develop best practices to streamline campaign execution and improve operational efficiencies.

You

• Will have a degree in Business, Marketing or Mathematics.
• Will have a keen interest in the media landscape
• OR will have 6+ months of experience within paid social or ad operations & want to move into DCO
