Business Analyst
An exciting global consumer brand is looking for a Business Analyst to join a large-scale business and technology transformation programme focused on Supply Chain, Operations and SAP systems.
- Based in London
- Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office)
- 6 months initially
- Start date: ASAP
- £41.49 per hour Inside Ir35
The Job
As the Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions across business and technology teams
- Capturing, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Mapping current and future state business processes using BPMN, workflows and user journeys
- Analysing system integrations, data flows and dependencies across multiple enterprise platforms
- Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and business stakeholders to define and refine solutions
- Identifying process inefficiencies, business risks and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting testing, business readiness, training activities and operational handovers
- Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring requirements are clearly understood before delivery
You
- 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within complex business and technology environments
- Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements independently
- Experience creating process maps, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise integrations, ideally SAP environments
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to identify process improvements, system dependencies and business impacts
- Experience within Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or Logistics environments is highly desirable
- Experience with process modelling tools such as Signavio, Visio or Lucidchart would be beneficial
