Junior Account Manager - AdTech / Digital Advertising
London | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Commission

I'm working with an exciting, growing AdTech business that is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join its UK commercial team and support the growth of its agency partnerships.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build their experience across digital advertising, AdTech and agency sales, working closely with some of the biggest media agencies in the UK.

You'll be responsible for:

* Supporting relationships with media agencies and their clients
* Working closely with the wider sales team to deliver campaigns and grow accounts
* Managing day-to-day agency communication and responding to briefs
* Helping develop new opportunities within existing agency relationships
* Supporting the sales process from initial brief through to campaign delivery
* Building a strong understanding of the digital advertising and AdTech landscape
* Working with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
* Contributing to reporting, presentations and client meetings

What they're looking for:

* 1-2 years' experience within media, advertising, AdTech or a similar commercial environment
* Strong interest in digital advertising and the media landscape
* Some experience working with agencies, clients or commercial accounts
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Commercially minded with a genuine desire to develop a career in sales/account management
* Confident, personable and eager to learn
