Programmatic Trading Development Manager

Senior Programmatic Development Manager London - £120K-£140K base + benefits + equity

I'm working exclusively on a senior hire for a global ad tech business - they're looking for someone to lead programmatic development across agency trading desks and DSP partners in the UK & Europe.

The role

• Build and grow senior relationships with agency trading desks & DSP teams

• Drive adoption, retention and revenue growth across programmatic

• Act as a subject-matter expert, leading QBRs, workshops and thought-leadership sessions

• Work closely with global teams across sales, product, and marketing

• Heavily client-facing - 80% external, 20% internal

You

• 8+ years' programmatic/ad tech background

• Strong track record working with agencies and DSPs

• Commercially minded - proven at growing accounts and driving adoption

• Confident leading senior client conversations and building long-term partnerships
