Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a leading global marketing technology business powering cutting-edge retail media solutions for some of the biggest names in commerce. With market-leading ad-tech, a rapidly expanding UK presence and huge investment behind their retail media offering, this is an incredible opportunity to join a high-growth team at the forefront of digital innovation.

They are now looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to support the continued growth of their longtail revenue stream-working with brands, suppliers and partners across the retail media ecosystem.

The Role

As a Retail Media Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving revenue across a curated book of longtail brands. You'll become an expert in the retail media landscape, confidently pitching a suite of digital advertising solutions-offsite display, CTV, video, audio, onsite display, sponsored products, and more as the roadmap evolves.

This is a fast-paced, commercial role where success is measured by meetings booked, platform demos delivered, and the volume of new and repeat bookings you generate.

You'll work closely with the Demand team, Customer Success, Marketing and key internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing and managing a growing portfolio of longtail brand partners

  • Running high-quality outreach campaigns, discovery sessions and product demos

  • Prospecting, pitching and closing new revenue opportunities

  • Using data to tell compelling stories, build strategies and deliver value

  • Managing live campaigns from launch to post-campaign reporting with a view to rebooking

  • Supporting clients using the self-serve platform with optimisation and reporting

  • Contributing to forecasting and revenue projections for your book of business

  • Supporting events, agency roadshows and industry conferences

About You
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, marketing, media or client-facing roles

  • Passionate about sales with strong phone presence and presentation skills

  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas

  • Highly motivated, proactive and commercially minded

  • Excellent relationship-builder with solid negotiation skills
