Senior Client Solutions Manager - Influencer Marketing Tech - £70,000-£75,000 + benefits
This is a 9-month FTC with potential to extend/go perm. Candidates with more than 2 month notice period cannot be considered.
The Company
My client is a fast-growing Influencer Marketing technology business working with some of the world's biggest consumer and fashion brands. Their platform supports the full influencer campaign lifecycle across creator discovery, campaign management, content approvals, analytics, paid amplification and reporting.
They operate in a fast-paced, AI-led environment with global teams across Europe and North America, working closely across Strategy, Campaigns, Paid Media, Product and Sales.
The Job
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts across global consumer and retail brands
- Drive client retention, account growth and renewal conversations across large-scale programmes
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and performance expectations are met
- Work closely with Product and Operations teams to provide feedback on workflows, platform usage and client needs
- Use reporting and campaign data to provide strategic recommendations and performance insights to clients
- Manage multiple senior stakeholders across complex global accounts
- Support junior team members across campaign execution and delivery processes
You
- 4-6+ years experience within influencer marketing/influencer campaign management
- Strong understanding of influencer campaign workflows from briefing and creator sourcing through to reporting and optimisation
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and high campaign volume
- Commercially strong with experience around renewals, upselling or account growth
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience using AI tools within day-to-day workflows is highly desirable
Please note this role is London based and you must be willing to commute to Central London 3 days per week following onboarding.
