Senior Digital Strategist

A fast-growing integrated media agency that helps brands deliver personalised, high-performing ads by blending creativity and data. Opportunity to work on presitgious brands across automotive, retail, travel, finance, and FMCG industries that push the boundaries of digital creativity.

We are looking for a Digital Strategist to shape and deliver dynamic creative strategies that connect data with design and performance. This role sits at the crossroads of media, creative, and ad tech - requiring both analytical rigour and creative thinking.

You'll work with a variety of stakeholders, both in the UK and internationally, to design campaigns that balance creative excellence with measurable outcomes. You'll also play a key role in product development, feeding insights back into how our technology evolves.

• Lead of media strategies tailored to campaign objectives and audience insights.

• Turn performance data and insight into actionable recommendations for creative optimisation.

• Act as main point of contact for clients and agency teams, building trusted relationships. Working collaboratively with analytics, creative and product team.

• Ensure strategies are aligned with both brand identity and consumer engagement best practices.

• Keep up to date with digital trends across programmatic, social, and emerging channels.

• Contribute to the evolution of our product, sharing ideas around AI, automation, and creativity.

Essential:

• Experience in media, with solid knowledge of the digital media landscape (programmatic and/or social platforms).6

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.

• High attention to detail, both in creative quality and reporting accuracy.

• Confident communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.

• Excellent organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects.
