Senior Programmatic Partnerships Manager
Ad Tech | £120,000-£140,000 OTE (DOE) + bonus + benefits
The CompanyMy client is a global programmatic advertising platform operating at exchange level, partnering with buyers, platforms, and intermediaries across international markets.
You'll be joining a senior demand-side partnerships function, responsible for scaling a newly formalised reseller and curation business line with global impact.
The JobThis is a senior individual contributor role with full commercial ownership.
Responsibilities include:

Owning and growing partnerships with curators, reseller platforms, and exchange partners

Driving revenue through curated PMPs, reseller deal frameworks, and marketplace strategies

Managing QBRs, pipelines, and joint business plans with senior partner stakeholders

Working closely with product and engineering teams on platform-to-platform integrations

Translating market demand into scalable programmatic solutions

Supporting adoption of self-serve and managed marketplace offerings

Acting as a senior voice internally across demand, product, and commercial teams
This role is externally focused and operates globally.
You-
10+ years' experience in ad tech or programmatic advertising

Background from SSP, exchange, or demand partnerships environments

Proven experience owning commercial partnerships and revenue

Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, curated supply, PMPs)
